The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    JIG I just bought a home gym and had it set up last weekend. No pics yet and it is in progress but here's what I've got so far;
    Oly bar with 400lbs+ weights, flat/inl/decl/ bench, curl bar, adjustable dbells, and a power rack. Eventually I want to get pro style dbs from about 75-100lbs or more as it's tough to load much more than 60lbs or so on my dbs. The rack is heavy duty, has a chinning bar with a high low pulley. I would definitely recommend the cage.
