    Progress Comparo Pics - Last 5 months

    Here are some comparison pics from the last 5 months.

    Time between each pic is about 2-2.5 months.

    Pic 1 - 180lbs Waist 32.5inches
    Pic 2 - 192lbs Waist 34 inches
    Pic 3 - 192lbs Waist 33-32.75 inches

    So I may have added 4-5lbs of musle while losing the same mount of fat

    I'm also 5'9"

    look better to me for sure middle and last on most muscular are very similar almost say middle is best

    You can really tell a big difference in your lats and shoulders. Calves getting huge too. Nice progress man.

    I think its due to the camera lense distortion and positon - in the middle pic I'm right against wall. The extra fat helps too I guess

    Yeah I really started bombing my delts with Overhead presses and medium grip upright rows right after I took the middle pics.
    I feel the chins I do on the power rack have been ace for my lats - the L-Shaped partial grip make you pull with your back rather than arms

    Funny thing is I don't even train my calves!
    I just rely on power cleans, and High pulls etc for calf stimulation

    So far between the 2nd and last pic I've been training mainly for strength and power. Next week I switch more into hypertrophy.

    Thats some great progress man. Taking those pictures at regular intervals must be a huge motivation when you can see exactly how far you've come. Keep it up!

    Great progress! Yea, your shoulders and lats look much bigger. Also the wheels are growing nicely! Keep it up.
