Hey everyone....

I need help.....


I workout at my work gym, it's convinient and cheap... unfortunetly it's not a real gym..... it's more of a "Fitness center". To give you an example... the top db is 65lbs.. there is no squat rack, no leg press machine 1 smith machine and a ton of cardio + mats and exercise balls around..

Now my problem is that I make due without that equipment... but I just can't seem to find an exercise that works my back... everytime I try db rows my arms give out before I even feel a pump in my back.... what can I do to really give my lats and back a good workout...

Another note.. ( this one is embarassing) ... I would actually do pull-ups... but unfortunetly can't lift my own body weight... ( I'm only 5,7 and 165 )

HELP! Please...
