    all rite lets get the ball rolling shall we, i just found this cite, seems really kool, i've been waiting for some hardcore bodybuilding stuff to keep me occupied

    height: 5'7"ish
    weight: 131.4 lbs.

    skool made me slack off, only getting to train the same bodypart every 7 days

    now its summer, TIME FOR REVENGE, i will be the prince of all sayiens once again! -- Vejita

    i am now taking into acount the DEADLIFT!!! its gonna be apart of my routine from now on!

    Pull day, taking a lil of antony's advise...
    (all #s are sets, not reps after @ is the weight in lbs)
    pull ups 1@BW 1@BW+20, 1@BW+30, 1@BW+40 (few reps on that last one...im gaining weight)
    BB row 2@85 (the last one i remembered to reverse the grip, damb wish i remembered, wus going for muscle confusion)
    deadlift 2@110 thats all i couldd fit on it, im going to omit the deads cuz i did DLs w/ 14 reps im tryna do some strength here!!! 14 reps is for pu$$ies
    shrug 1@110 (i dont know wut i wus thinking, after those DLs i thought i wus god, i only got 2 partial reps, fuk it my traps are big enough, gotta build up other parts)

    bent over laterals 2@44 (too easy, 15-20 reps i could go for eva, my arms better hurry up, im ****ed off)

    alternating DB curls w/ suplination 1@37 1@40 (so bad like 4 reps ) 1@ 37 (didnt think i wus god..)
    hammer curls 2@30 (strength increased by 3lbs good for me, my by's better hurry up! antony hope this lower volume turns out for the best)
    reverse curls 1@24 1@27 (good good god)
    reverse wrist curls 1@24 (felt lazy, had the energy to do much more... :o )
    wrist curls omitted :o
    oblique twist 1 w/ 24 lbs DBs 40 somethin reps
    SS (superset) on ground hip twist (for obliques) 10 lbs +leg weight.

    thats todays routine.
    sigh...my mom cut off my protien shakes, budget (yet she's buying a new TV...) time to start grabiing up meat in the house.

    to day would normally be a leg day but b/c of budget cuts on protien i cant risk turning my body into the catabolic zone tuttut
    im aiming for 150 gms today, but will probably only make it to 130

    im gonna see about getting a job so that i can train hard and eat well

    2 months in the hyperbolic time chamber... this is the summer for hard work.

    rite now my speed is damaging enough in the power sense, now im aim for a speed that my opponents wont see my attacks

    i am taking wielder's Creatine monohydrate, i take it at nite (on off days, post work out on work days) about 3.5 gms
    the creatine does make my muscle speed a bit slower but when i come of it i will be much faster, so its an investment plan. rite now i am as fast as bruce

    weight : dunno, im moving so the scale is packed up...

    incline pushup 1@110lbs 1@120 and 1@BW+static contraction (could only do .5 a rep on last set )
    decline pushup 3@120
    flat bench flyes 1@60 (10 reps) 1@60 (4.5 reps) 1@54 (10+reps) AAAHHH YEA

    shoulders:
    overhead bbpress 1@45 (14reps) 1@50 (2 partial reps MAN, i hit the weight on the ceiling and almost injured myself!!) did some front raises to get most of the benifit
    DB laterals 3@44 (last set wus poor, came out like an uprite row)
    rotator cuff turns 1@15 (probably the reason of my drop in strength...havent been doing them:o )

    tri's:
    incline french press 1@40 1@42.5 (ah yea increase son!)
    BB kickbacks 2@40 good last set
    superseted by handstand pushups 6reps (i had to make up for the bad shoulder workout)

    damb....thats how i know its time to move, m ceiling in my storage closet (workout sactuary) turns against me... hurt my spine a lil, and my left shoulder, find out condition tomorrow...
    my chest seems pretty up to par, my shoulders would have been strong but, damb ceiling...i luv switching to the incline french press, good feel! bench set a lil lower than 30*

    hope to make better progress on bis tomorrow...they're holding me back...(no pun)

    Did you say you did DB rows with 100s??? And only did bent-overs with 90? Or did you mean you used 50lb DBs, resulting in a 100lb total?

    YESS i did mean bentover rows with a 100 pound DB
    the BB (i messure per arm, sawy) would then be 180

    on the bent over BBrow my grip wus just outside shoulder width...
    w/ the DB i had better concentration, plus i wus doing them b4 i discovered BB rows.

    well i have been away from internet access for a while, now im back, this wus cuz of the move, i moved and now i can no longer work out at 2 am in the mourning
    i took off 3 extra days cuz the move took a chunk out of my energy anyways i got my spilt in and im happy!

    chest, almost got 130lbs+BW for incline push up, but ...the book bag broke and all the weights fell out, i did some Bench presses with an EZ bar such a close grip, could go all the way cuz im stronger on wide presses.

    biceps able to do a good rep w/ 44lb DB, progress... that wus on adrenaline rush (turned supersayien)
    leg ext. 125 unilateral, sweet man,
    jump squat 55 (110 for entire Bar for u confused guys)
    no calve work, blew them out on off-moving day with superset of donkey's standing and siting.

    (note: this was on seperate days, this is prgress report, too much work to put in 3 days, i do push day tomorrow then things will be organized again)

    weight: 132.6 increase in weight

    (explodes in ki....breaks down house and is forced to move again, jk)

    7 days since training same body part...NOT GOOD

    i need 4-5 days cuz i recoperate fast, and catabolize fast... also i got no protien yesturday (jk it wus very low though)

    tried to do another front press at 110, failed energy very low

    1-arm DB extention 2@30lbs (major WTF i can do more on other exercises)
    1-arm DB kick back 2@40 (yea...wtf )
    cross body bench extention 1@20 per arm...

    piss poor day, i should have trained yesturday, i had such energy but no time... *shoots ki blast at neighbor*

    SO friggen hot today, plus i had to help my grandma at the luandry i did this workout:

    weight: 133.somethng increase in bodyfat, it'll shred today

    Legs:

    leg extensions 1@115 1@120 (did 125 last time but increase in reps here)
    jump squats 1@100 1@110 ass to the grass increase on reps
    (i cant clean much more than 110 i have to improve my shoulders to help my J squat )

    walking lunge (round living room) 1@100 1@110 for got reps, just walk-lundged around no broken furniture.

    standng calve raises (unilateral weight +BW) 1@64 1@67.5 1@70
    form wusnt as good plus i did this outside in the crazy heat
    seated calf raise 1@BW too fuggin hot to do another set

    ok im back from vacation, worked onsome of the machines at my dads place, today i put my selfto the test BACK TO THE FREE WEIGHTS!

    i bought a bar: 6' 15 lbs, now i can press and DL like a man!

    that wusat like 12+ reps cuz i wus tryna find my weight after coming back from vacation, and after using those machines, funyy cuz i could do 160 on incline machine and 150 on flat, but my flat wus stronger when i came back home

    have you ever tried doing the shoulder raises before the presses? I know that my triceps sometimes give before my shoulders, so I like to pre-exhaust with the frontal and lateral raises first. Just curious.

    Oh, and what does turning "supersayein" mean exactly? Or do I really want to know?

    my triceps never give out b4 shoulders or chest, i try to keep them all strong, today justwusnt a day for tri's and pecs
    so i do presses b4 isolation...

    back@200 (maybe 220...maybe)

    shoulders @140 (maybe 150)
    arms @ 60 (w/ dbs)
    jump squat @140 (or 150)
    leg ext wutever i can fit left on the sh!ty attachment to my bench (140 i think)
    leg curl @ 50 (maybe 60)
