pull ups 1@BW 1@BW+20, 1@BW+30, 1@BW+40 (few reps on that last one...im gaining weight)
BB row 2@85 (the last one i remembered to reverse the grip, damb wish i remembered, wus going for muscle confusion)
deadlift 2@110 thats all i couldd fit on it, im going to omit the deads cuz i did DLs w/ 14 reps im tryna do some strength here!!! 14 reps is for pu$$ies
shrug 1@110 (i dont know wut i wus thinking, after those DLs i thought i wus god, i only got 2 partial reps, fuk it my traps are big enough, gotta build up other parts)
bent over laterals 2@44 (too easy, 15-20 reps i could go for eva, my arms better hurry up, im ****ed off)
alternating DB curls w/ suplination 1@37 1@40 (so bad like 4 reps ) 1@ 37 (didnt think i wus god..)
hammer curls 2@30 (strength increased by 3lbs good for me, my by's better hurry up! antony hope this lower volume turns out for the best)
reverse curls 1@24 1@27 (good good god)
reverse wrist curls 1@24 (felt lazy, had the energy to do much more... :o )

oblique twist 1 w/ 24 lbs DBs 40 somethin reps
SS (superset) on ground hip twist (for obliques) 10 lbs +leg weight.
