The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Someone tell me which is best!

Alright, soon I'm gonna be starting a new bulking phase, and I want all of your opinions about the best routine to go along with it. Right now I have been doing a 3 day split: chest tris, back bis, legs and shoulders going 5 days on and 2 days off.
The two routines I have thought up as options for the bulking phase are:
    Option 1
    Day 1: Chest/Tris
    Day 2: Rest
    Day 3: Back/Bis
    Day 4: Rest
    Day 5: Shoulders/Legs
    Day 6: Rest
    REPEAT
(Doing abs roughly every other workout day)

    Option 2
    Day 1: Chest/Abs
    Day 2: Back
    Day 3: Rest
    Day 4: Bis/Tris/Abs
    Day 5: Shoulders/Legs
    Day 6: Rest
    REPEAT

What do you guys think would be the better choice? Do you have any other suggestions? My height/weight stats are all posted in my profile. During this time I would be taking 2-3 servings of ProLab's N-Large 2 a day as well as 3 meals. Should I just keep up the workout routine I've been doing? Or does one of these 2 options seem like a better choice?
    Thanks

I like option 1 also. The 4 day split you have listed doesn't seem balanced. And as for taking 2-3 serving of NLarge a day, man, that's a ton of cals. Make sure that even though you're bulking, its mostly muscle you're putting on and not just weight. I'd hate to bulk up 15 pounds and only have 4-5 of it be muscle.

    Definitely option 1.

This is one of my favorites

    Day 1: Legs
    Day 2: Rest
Day 3: Push (Chest shoulders tris)
    Day 4: Rest
    Day 5: Pull (Back bis)
    Days 6&7 rest

I've done and like both, the only change would be on the second one to switch arms and legs days and take the seventh day off on both routines as well.
