    It's not going to make much difference even with the biggest of forearms. I'm sure your way is fine.

    Actually it can make a huge difference. It should be done with the arm straight.

    I was bigger with my arm bent. I think the key would be consitancy. The only #s are good for is keep track of progress.

    Seriously??? The forearm isn't that big of a muscle (on most people)... I figured the amount it varies while flexed wouldn't be much.
