    New member here

    Just joined the forums....wanted to say hi

    About me - starting lifting in highschool. Hold the HS's record for bench at 360lbs (back in '97).

    Quit lifting hard for a long time due to a football injury. Started up recently taking supplements. Now I'm back to my HS shape...perhaps a little stronger and leaner.

    I'm currently lifting 4 days a week, hitting each part only 1 time. I do cardio another 2 days.

    Yes, you got me . I hate to just come out and call it. I would prefer the member would just admit it. Alas, that doesn't seem to happen too often, even on this site. I think if people were open about their use, it would allow the junior members to make better judgements about their own progress and training.

    For the record, I obviously don't know him and can't say for sure if he does take them, I just have a very strong suspicion based upon a lot of experience.
