I am a 206lb, 5"7 Male trying to choose the best diet plan.

My goal is to lose weight, then focus on muscle later.

30 min run 3 times a week.
30 - 40 min Home training 3 x week

My BMR is calculated at 2975, and a diet of:
P: 260g
C: 195g
F : 86g
2594 calories has been suggested per day.

I am unsure if this is accurate or healthy. I've been reading and attempting to find the best plan for the last fortnight, to no avail.
How much of the fat should be saturated?
Does anyone have any suggestions?
