    Analysing Rear Delts

i am thinking that the reason that most people train rear delts with shoulders is because of the fact that's the shoulder, and its a delt. but if u look at it is more of a pulling movement.

the rear delt is used (imo) at the very end of most back exercises to a small degree. We use the logic of placing push movements with push day and pull movements with pull day.

I do them with back, just one or two sets.

No need to hit them twice a week.
