Does anyone have thoughts on how much BF you can lose in 4 and or 6 weeks? If your diet and exercise program is tight, what is a realistic goal? I know everyone is different and I also know it depends on what % you are currently, but I was wondering if there is a rule of thumb to go by like when losing weight they say it's safe to lose 1-2 lbs per week. Also, how often should you have your body fat tested to "see" your results? I'm thinking every six weeks. Thoughts please.
