    How often should I do cardio...

    on the wbb routine?

    Right now I do 30 minutes on lifting days, and 45 on off days, but I'm also doing eccentric lifting right now.

    I plan on starting the routine next week.

    What are you trying to accomplish with the cardio exercise?
