I am wondering is there anything wrong with having a lower heart rate. My resting HR is about 55 -65bmp and when I do cardio I average 120-140bpm. I am currently on an EC stack and when I workout with a friend his HR is higher than mine. Tops I still get about 150-170 at max and that is sprinting.
Now I know that high BP is bad, but what about low. And do these numbers seem low or is this average.
