    Low BP

    I am wondering is there anything wrong with having a lower heart rate. My resting HR is about 55 -65bmp and when I do cardio I average 120-140bpm. I am currently on an EC stack and when I workout with a friend his HR is higher than mine. Tops I still get about 150-170 at max and that is sprinting.

    Now I know that high BP is bad, but what about low. And do these numbers seem low or is this average.

    Nothing wrong with that AJ, a low heart rate shows that your fit, i.e. your heart is strong therefore requiring less beats to pump the blood around the body to the specific areas.

    When i was at high school and in the cross country team i had a RHR of 47, although now it stands around 75bpm

    Its kinda low, but i think that only indicates good cardiovascular health most of the time

    I agree, thats a good thing.. That IS in fact the GOAL when doing cardiovascular conditioning..Just mean your doin somethin right..
