    Low BP

I am wondering is there anything wrong with having a lower heart rate. My resting HR is about 55 -65bmp and when I do cardio I average 120-140bpm. I am currently on an EC stack and when I workout with a friend his HR is higher than mine. Tops I still get about 150-170 at max and that is sprinting.

Now I know that high BP is bad, but what about low. And do these numbers seem low or is this average.

Nothing wrong with that AJ, a low heart rate shows that your fit, i.e. your heart is strong therefore requiring less beats to pump the blood around the body to the specific areas.

When i was at high school and in the cross country team i had a RHR of 47, although now it stands around 75bpm
