    Gaining bicep & shoulder size...

    Whats the best way to gain size quickly on the arms? What do you guys reccomend for sets/ reps? How many times a week? Daily? The problem is that I have only 5kg weights...well, I can go down to the gym, if I get time. But what do you guys say for reps and stuff like that? To gain size...cuz Im only at 13"...

    train them hard once a week. focus more on your tri's and less on your bi's.

    stay in the 8 - 12 rep range with sticked form and your arms will outgrow your age.

    If you don't like that routine, do what outlaw said but use a tempo like 212 or something.
