WBB routines is the only one I never read.
Anabolics, WBB routines, Competitors...the rest I at least look at regularly.

I never go to the anabolic forum, after I read an article that showed how some steroid makes your hart grow, but not the area sourrounding the hart, so the hart just becomes to big, and then it has to struggle to beat, after that, it scared the **** out of me.
