I've been working out now for about 8 months, only really serious for the past month. I just started my new diet a week ago though. I'm hoping to gain about 25 pounds. Or at least thats my goal. I'm sure it will take awhile though. I lift usually three times a week. Monday tri's-chest
My stats are:
about 8% Bf
I'm kind of cut, not too strong yet, but I'm sure strength will increase as I gain more weight.
today was a leg day for me, I work out at my house, so I don't have too much equipment yet, but I just got a job so I'll soon have money for equipment, for now I have adjustable dbs, a small and very light barbell, bench, and like 92lbs in weights, which isn't enough, I need another hundred pounds or so. So I could be doing alot heavier on some lifts if I had more weights.
The last time I maxed out which was about a month or two ago my stats were:
Deadlift 3 sets of 12-102
SLDL 3 sets of 10-60
Leg curls 3 sets of 10-47
Leg Ex. 3 sets of 10-73
calf raises 3 sets of 10-70
25 reverse crunches
My hams were really sore today after SLDL, first time I've done them in about 3 weeks. it was painful to walk up the stairs right after to go to the bathroom, I almost fell down the stairs, lol.
