    1st Meet Results

I did my 1st meet today. I weighed in at 176 ( Very light breakfast and mild dehydration) and competed in the teen class. After weigh in I ate 3 bananas, a 'healthy' cookie, 1 apple, 1 cheese stick, and some stale prezals. Then I drank over 1/2 gallon of water. I also took 2 staker 2's.

    Results!!

    bench: 215 (smoked!!)
    230 (smoked!!)
245 (hit it but missed the press command ) PR
    deads: 405 (smoked!!)
    415 (smoked!!)
    430 (strong) PR

It was alot of fun, I placed second in both events.

I felt great and strong. I do want to compete again soon, I'll have to look around and talk with the guys at my gym about it.

Good stuff mang....careful coming in too light tho...I was doing that for a little while, and since I moved up to the 198's, my lifts have literally skyrocketed (except for my bench ) You might want to try becoming a fatty for a little while and see how it treats you. Also your weights were very well thought out, it's good to see people using thier heads and not ego's to pick weights...

On bench, when you lower the bar to your chest and the judge sees it at a complete stop he will say press. Then you press the weight up, it eliminates chest bounce.

And yes, my belt matched my shoes.
