I did my 1st meet today. I weighed in at 176 ( Very light breakfast and mild dehydration) and competed in the teen class. After weigh in I ate 3 bananas, a 'healthy' cookie, 1 apple, 1 cheese stick, and some stale prezals. Then I drank over 1/2 gallon of water. I also took 2 staker 2's.
bench: 215 (smoked!!)
245 (hit it but missed the press command ) PR
deads: 405 (smoked!!)
430 (strong) PR
It was alot of fun, I placed second in both events.
Meet PR: 290lb bench press, 505lb dead lift @ 190lbs
