I work out every other day, and on occasion do cardio in between. I noticed my left shoulder is sore, not painfully sore, but just aching?
Today I am supposed to be doing my back (deadlifts, bb rows, t-bar, cable rows)
Should I take a break?
I kinda don't want to since I've been in the groove for a while and haven't missed a workout for a while. I am afraid I'll get lazy.
