The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

    Where to purchase equipment

Hey guys, just started lifting again and wanted to get a new bench and bar to replace the old stuff I have as it was cheap.

Where do you recommend purchases such stuff for the best price?

Im looking for something along the lines of a Weider olympic bench.

    And a squat rack...

I don't think you would want to buy iron from them. I just looked at the site and there is a $40 charge for shipping plates. It looks like a flast fee. It was the same for a pair 25s and 45s. The only place around here is Dunhams and they had the weight for the same price without the shipping. They did have a power rack for $400, I've nver priced them though. Your probably just better off buying your plates and dumbells in person.
