I'm getting a pain in my right pec. It almost feels like its under the pec. Could it be the pec minor?
What exercise could be causing this?
Recently the only two new exercises I've been doing is Front Squats and pullovers.

Front squats shouldn't be hurting your pecs. Pullovers still involve chest so thats's probably it.
Dips? I'm a little unsure as to what you're talking about but when I tweak my pec it's usually from doing dips.
