I'm currently in a rut, I can't seem to desire to hit the gym hard. So I'm thinking of get my brother to help me start training strong man style.
Have any cheap sugesstion as to what I can do.
Right now I'm thinking, sandbag carry, jeep push, sled pull...have any other ideas?

Rock carry, axle lift (get one from a junkyard), keg lift, deadlifting small cars, grab a fat guy on the street and lift him, wheel barrow full of heavy stuff, logs, pipes (4 - 6" heavy wall stuff), I could go on and on.....use your imagination.

My parents just bought 3 acres and after having construction done there is about a 1 acre field full of rocks ranging from golf ball to basketball sized. Come knock yourself out so I don't have to do it.
