    HIIT On A HealthRider

    Yeah I started doing HIIT yesterday. Had my first 4 minute session on a HealthRider. I'm gonna go through with the training for a couple of weeks, adding time as I go. I'll keep you posted on how it's working (or not). Let's see if I get shredded...
