    orrite, i was kind of reluctant towards puting these pics up, mainly coz there a lil on the dodgy side (i took them myself with a mates digicam so i couldnt take any decent back shots).. well, a bit of backgroud, im 19, been lifting for 5-6 months on and off.. a year ago i was at 24% bodyfat, not too sure where im at now, but im still cutting, i wana be able to see a 6 pack by feb (thats when me n my mates r heading off to queensland for a holiday)..
