    heres an old pic from 8-01. i think im the same weight i am now (173). i had just started eating meat again after 4 years of being a strict vegetarian (no beef, chicken, tuna, blah blah). i think my body composition is a little fuller, but at the same weight now, and my lifts are 25% stronger or more on most of my lifts now. i bulked to about 200 in Jan 2002. should have some new pics soon.
