After the past 16 years of my lif being "chubby" I have decided for a change. I thought I was doing good the past few weeks, but all these "Site expert's" tell me all kind of different things. I dont eat meat anymore, here is my usual diet...
1) banana, or some type of fruit
2) Salad, usually 1 egg, 2 cups lettuce, 4 baby carrots, and 2 tsp italian dressing
3) Another fruit
4) Some Carrot's
Please tell me how to correct this to max fat loss, I really would liek to drop 15-20 lbs more asap. Thanks alot guys. I need to also develope my ab's, and chest better soo if you could help me out it would be much appreciated. Thanks again,
