Here are my 'before' pics. I've lifted for a couple of years and went from 155 to 180. I had an increase in bodyfat during that time but did grow a little muscle. It wasn't until the past month that I figured my diet out and started training hard so essentially this is my first bulk. Before I was only eating 2,500 or so calories and MAYBE 150 g protein but now I'm going for 3,500-4,000 calories and 250-300 protein.
