    GIS' 'Before' pics.

    Here are my 'before' pics. I've lifted for a couple of years and went from 155 to 180. I had an increase in bodyfat during that time but did grow a little muscle. It wasn't until the past month that I figured my diet out and started training hard so essentially this is my first bulk. Before I was only eating 2,500 or so calories and MAYBE 150 g protein but now I'm going for 3,500-4,000 calories and 250-300 protein.

    These pictures are also to show any progress from 1-AD.

    Double Bi.

    Deffinately need to add some mass... hence my bulk. My arms are long so its hard to get them big... but that's what hard work is for.

    Hehe... uhh... well... yeah. The lack there of applies to muscle in addition to a picture. I'll post them as soon as I can figure out a way to take a picture without anybody's assistance.

    I was in kind of a rut for a while and wanted a boost. It wasn't until the past couple of weeks that I truely got my diet down straight and my training intensity up so I probably should have waited until I saw what progress I could make naturally. But at the same time I had worked pretty hard before and my diet was okay and I stopped gaining.

    Timing was probably the main thing. This break I have pretty much completely open in terms of my schedule and can hit the gym really hard.

    Thanks guys. I guesstimate my BF % is at around 12%? One person said it's more like 10% but I don't think it's that low.

    Yeah, I hope the 1-AD works too Bennett. Obviously it's too early to tell any difference after the first day, but the mental effects it has had on my training was incredible. Haha, my roommate could have dumped the 1-AD out of the caps yesterday and replaced them with sugar and I'm sure I would have done just as well.

    Thanks Chase and Rezza.

    I took a few leg shots today but I am not going to post them. They are flat out embarrasing. In swimming I never lifted legs because the more mass in them the more likelyhood of cramping, and I've always had this mental issue from a fear about my knees.

    Bottom line is it's time to get my ass in gear because there are no excuses, and my legs are now going to get my focus. I'm pissed!

    I'll post my leg pics someday down the road when I have something to compare them to and you'll have a good laugh.

    Thought I'd show my arm length... and I think my back is growing nicely lately! Pretty exciting... but the lighting is also working in my favor on this one.

    GIS you look pretty good for your size i.e. you have more a more muscular look then I imagined looking just at your stats. It'll be interesting to see what you look like with the probable 15 lbs gain
