Sun Block cream - SPF question

Which SPF value sun block cream should I get? - 10,15,20,30,45, 60? I was in a store today and the sales woman said that SPF 60 and 70 was available with them too!!...I didn't know that there were sun block creams with such high SPF....

anyways I'm Indian....not very dark...not too fair...I'd say light brown probably....the maximum time I'm out in the sun is 1 hr...so guys can you help me in selecting which one I should get?....I sales woman said that Indians need the max amount of SPF as we are the brown/dark types....my skin doesn't get burnt easily...its just that I tan very quickly....

    any suggestions?

SPF 10-15 is the protection that your average cotton Tshirt offers.

And yes Patty, I would say that.

I put 25 on my tattoos, which leaves my skin ghost white. Anything over that is playing on peoples fears. 70 spf? WTF is that lead in a bottle?

    SLIP, SLOP, SLAP!!!!

Factor 30 is heaps mate. Get once with broad spectrum protection, it helps against different types of UV.
