Recently, I started working on my legs. I am bulking right now, and I just want opinions on my leg day:
I did the rest on smith machine cause my lower back was way too sore from deadlifts
Laying leg curls
Standing leg curls
3x8x60lb each leg
Seated calves raises
Standing calves raises
Standing calf machine shurgs
Smith machine BB close grip upright rows:

Drop the volume calves raises, and the smith machine.
Why do you have BB rows in there ?
Oh, cause I do traps with my legs
Should I drop one calves set off each exercise or drop one of the exercises all together.
And what do you mean by smith? Do only one set of squats?
I'd leave these out is i were you. i've read about a few people who have messed up their shoulders from doing these. Something to do with the muscle being used being the one directly holding the weight, unless the shoulder pads are really wide that is.Standing calf machine shurgs
