    Well a PR in the sense its the first time I've used this much weight. I'll be adding more reps/weights in the next few workouts and set a few new PRs
    It didn't feel all that easy doing that set, but front squats never really feel easy. This set was also done after 8 sets of convential deadlifts, a few sets of snatch grip deads and a few more of snatch high pulls as well

    Well it's hard to see in the pics and movie, but the bar is actually resting on my front delts, the wrist doesn't actually have much pressure on it. I find as my front delts get bigger, the easier it gets

    I never do them with a clean grip. That would play havoc on my wrists.

    One of these days im going to have to try those w/ a clean grip. Right now i can only do them with my arms crossed across the middle.
