    Dead lift shrugs...

    Has anyone here ever done deadlift shrugs??Well i was showing off for coach and i think i may of pulled something.....Its in my upper left part of my back feels like i need to pop it but i cant do it....had anyone ever done this??? Im sure its mayube a pull or soething like that in my delts....Does that heal on its own will i be dealing with this the rest of my life??? I can twist it and stretch it but i just cant lift up anyhtring heavy...well ill give it a few days then ill go to the dr.'s

    Eating more pork.
    When I shrugg I dl the bar with a regular grip, both down. Pretty much same as dl except differant grip. If it doesn't go away see a doc.

    Go see one of those people who crack your spine. I had it done last week and it feels great.

    Deadlift shrug? Thats one I've never heard of.
    If you are worried at all, go see a doctor right now instead of wasting more time on the internet.

    Maybe if you used a few more question marks your back will heal up.
