    quick mix post workout drink - need mix!

    I use whey as a base, how much other stuff should I add? dextrose? Glutamine? other stuff? quantities?

    75g dextrose. I've never bothered with anything else. Keep the Whey of course.

    gatorade powder, whey protein, and glutamine


    65 g of high gi carbs
    45 g of whey protein
    10 g of glutamine

    I think creatine would be a good addition to your concoction. Regular creatine mono would work just fine.
