Here's a picture of my fat ass, a few weeks before I start cutting. I'm 200 pounds here, bodyfat is around 17-18% (bioimpedance numbers, so not to be taken too seriously).
I know my calfs suck big time, so no point in even mentioning it. I must be the only guy on this forum with his arms larger than his calfs.....

Don't beat yourself up restless, you're working on the improvements you want to make and thats great! And personally I don't think you look bad at all.

You look alright fella,
Maybe you've got some excess body fat but its nothing to worry about, a good cut would leave you laughing.
As for the calves just work at it, everyone has week areas even GG. It way take time but make sure you are committed to them like your other body parts.
The only limits are the one's you place on yourself...

I am starting a cutting fase in a few weeks. This time I'm devoting most of next year to losing fat VERY slowly. I'll post progress pics every month or so and will keep a journal of training and nutrition.
