    may i introduce myself

    This is what i looked like 1.5 years ago. i weighed about 80kg and was fairly lean(dont know exact BF).

    Now im weighing around 84kg and have mostly improved my legs,shoulders and lats.

    Now im doing a ckd and id like to get some new pics after that.

    looking good and low body fat. Do you compete and why are you cutting now?
    Age 23 Height 5'10 weight 210 2 years complete of serious lifting.
    At 5'10" last Jan/02 I was 280 Lbs with a 44 waist.
    Now as of Dec/02 I am 210 with a 34-36 waist. A year complete 70 pounds lost now lets get big .
    Goal Deadlift 500 by summer now..

    well, first i actually wanted to try a ckd in order to get it straight when doing it for summer,so it is a bit of an experiment. Ill quit it this weekend anyway, but im satisfied with the diet so far.

    No, i dont compete, i think im much too light for that, and im more training for myself anyway.

    you have got a superb chest, arms are a real strong point too. What about back? back is a big part too.

    Are you taking any PE Drugs? or are you natural?

    Thanks guys , very kind of you all. My back is ok now, too. Im not taking any PE drugs(err, what are those ,BTW? ), im drinking 2 protein-shakes a day , one in the morning and one before bed time, pre and post workout weight gainer, vitamins, and sometimes creatine(once or twice a year).

    Arnold is from Styria and im from Tyrolia, im surely proud to have such a fellow Austrian

    No problem, its just that i dont know all the short versions. Somehow muscle doesnt have the same value to me if built up artificially(with roids). But please dont bash me for that guys, i know that you have to train hard with gear all the same and i admire a roid-using person just the same, its just that i dont want it myself .
