    *NEW* Thought i'd introduce myself with pictures.

    Whats up, Im new to the forum & bodybuilding. I have been in martial arts for 6 years, and I wanted to add some mass to my frame and I ended up going from 5'10 @ 135lbs to 174lbs in 6 months keeping damn near the same BF%. I plan to reach 200 by April , then I might cut for summer, who knows, thats my introduction. I hope to conversate with all of you on the amazing sport bodybuilding and life!

    Quick Stats:
    Age: 15
    Height: 5'10
    Weight: 173-174lbs

    Damn, man, those are some wicked legs. I think you're the only guy I've seen whose legs are bigger than his upper body.

    Thanks for the critique bro, Im going to work on everything! My My legs....Allot of football,kickboxing & various forms of martial arts have contributed to that Im gonna hammer my back tommorrow. ...just gonna demolish it.

    TS, you look good bro. Your legs are definitely a strong point. From what I can tell in the pictures, your shoulders and back also look very broad...you look like you should be able to carry a good bit of mass with no problem.

    you have an awesome base there bro! good overall size and shape(especially your delts in the rear double bi shot)! keep it up and you will be a rock. just stick with basic compound movents for low reps. welcome to the board!

    I just eat 6-7 meals a day, I try to keep it clean and i train hard, plus they are beginner gains......

    Very nice for a 15 year old. Agree with most of the criticism, your legs rock, and you have tons of potential for your upper body. Keep blasting those muscles, and you'll be an even bigger beast!
