In about 1 month I will start to cut. I plan on purchasing glutamine, ECA, flax seed oil and I will of course continue to use my protein whey, MRP's and multivitamins.
Are there any other MUST HAVE supplements that really will help me to preserve my muscle while cutting? I don't mind spending the money if the supplements work, but otherwise I see no need.
And I haven't dealt with any supplements other than what I listed above and creatine.
Any help would be appreciated.
