Hey guys, I would just like some opinions and suggestions on my diet. I'm 19, 5' 8", 155 lbs. I lift 4 days a week and will be adding cardio 2 days soon. I'm hoping to bulk a little, but my long term goal is to cut up/lower body fat. I'm trying to establish a good eating routine, which will probably be as follows:

7:00 or 8:00 a.m.-
4 eggs minus 2 yolks with lean ham mixed in (cooked in olive oil)
1 cup oatmeal with 2 tsp. brown sugar
1 cup 2% milk

9:00 or 10:00 a.m.-
munch on a handful of cashews
1 cup 2% milk

12:00 or 1:00 p.m.-
half can of tuna (in canola oil or regular with 2 tbsp. light mayo) on 2 sliceswhole wheat
1 cup 2% milk

3:00ish-
finish tuna by itself with 2 pickles added in
1 cup 2% milk

6:00 p.m.-
2 lean chicken breasts
sweet potato or brown rice
1 slice whole wheat bread
1 cup 2% milk

ummm...i know i'm lacking but i'm not sure what else to add in. I'd like to add another small meal around 8 or 9 pm. Any suggestions or changes to me made would be welcome. Thanks you guys!!!
