DO you use a power rack or smith machine to do squats, or do you use a squat rack with safety pegs where if you can't get up u drop it on the pegs?

Do any of you use the manta ray? I plan on using that and I was wondering if it is easy to get the bar off if you cna't make a rep.

Don't use it, but I've seen it. It doesn't attach to your neck, really. You can basically unload the whole apparatus from your shoulders.
