The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

    Everyones top bench

I know some of you might not post on this one but if you could, i'd appreciate some info on what everyones best 1 rep max bench press is? Could you also leave your bodyweight as well. That way we can all judge whos got the best bench press.

Mine as follows - Flat Bench press - 120kg (264 pounds) (3 months ago) Haven't checked my 1 rep max lately.

    Bodyweight - 14.2 stone - roughly 197 pounds i think.

When I was younger, and benched regularly, and was "helped"(read enhanced) a bit, I got 405 x 2 @ ~235lbs. This was a gym lift, not with a pause, but also with no equipment .

    Probably good for 365.

With a quintuple ply kevlar shirt and three midgets helping me, though, I'm hoping to break the 1000lb mark at my next meet.
