    what you think?

    hey guys im tryin to go to a 4 day split from a 3 day split just let me know what you guys think of this splilt pros and cons if any. BTW i will be lifting heavy with low reps and at least 2 to 3 min in between sets and no more then 9 working sets for big body parts and no more then 6 working sets for small.

    Just my personal opinion, your split is fine, but i assume that day 1 on your program is a monday and i prefer to train legs early in the week so im not limping at weekends to much.

    My concern with it would be the back before legs thing.. even with a day of rest inbetween. If your doing anything like squats on leg day, your back might be a little too sore. But that's just me. Maybe your back heals quicker.

    Next, what kinda exercises, sets and reps are you doing in those days?

    Im with Ozzymt legwise , also bec people mostly work out chest on Monday , so one has to wait until theyve ended playing around (at least its that way here )

    Yeah i know its wrong i just like it like that.

    im still debating on how many working sets for each body part. Still up in the air.
