The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Food poisoning sucks

    Hey guys/gals. I have been away for a little while due to food poisoning

    It sucked, could keep anythig down for about 48 hours. Now I am VERY tired and worn down. This sucks - seems like each time i get my diet back on track something kicks me in the balls.

    Couple of friends and I went to an 24/7 restaurant early Sunday morning (about 2am) and then about 10 hours or so later we were all done. It was bad. Yesterday was the first time I could keep anything down since then. Oh well, looks like i am getting better, just tired as fuk right now.

    Just knew yall would miss me!

    Haha, thought about it. Not 100% sure if it is food poisoning though. The flu has been going around over here, but I find it hard to believe that all three of us would get it on the same day...i dunno

    thanks

    Yuck...that's no fun. Feel better soon In the meantime, rest and drink Gatorade...

    Glad you're feeling better, get well soon!!!!
    If figureskating was easy they'd call it hockey. me
    If it's important they'll call back. me

    The question isn't who is going to let me;
    its who is going to stop me.
    Ayn Rand

    And so it begins,
    My eyes wide, yet I see only darkness.
    The world is mine, yet it crumbles with my touch.
    I can touch the stars with my thoughts,
    But the simplest of pleasures denied.
    All things must end they say;
    to end before beginning?
    Tis the sadest loss of all.
