    i have only been playing volleyball 1x/week(for 3-4 hrs). This week though i've done some rowing (20 min) and the punchbag (10 min) on tues. Today i'm playing some tennis and tomorrow more volleyball post workout.
    I plan to keep this up until i reach 12%

    30-45 min. usually about 4 times a week. If I bike to work, it's a 1.5 hour ride, so I count that as 2 cardio sessions.

    Gyno, are you sure it's 20-30 min? i.e., would your "exercise buddy" give the same answer?

    2-5 hours of martial arts a week. If it's treadmill in the gym then it's 20-30 minutes, unless there's a hot chick beside me.

    O minutes per week. Although I do alot of walking, especially hill walking, that's enough for me!

    Plus the missus gets a good seeing too, once a fortnight! lol

    20 minute morning walk 3-4 times a week and when things are going well...i do kickboxing 2-4 times for an hour per week.

    I do it chigs....

    actually I just started using it consistently this past week due to last weeks mysterious joint pains.

    A. water gives 12 times the resistance of air.

    B. Because of this you wind up working harder and burning more calories for it.


    I typically mix up laps and aqua-jogging sprints.....it's been working well, although about an hour after I am through I am absolutely famished!

    cuz i already have trouble getting my calories in, cardio would just burn more, i do a 60 second warm up b4 work outs though...
    when i reach a certian level of strength im gonna go all out, my goal is to do on tread mill, 10mph for ten mins...its gonna be tuff but well worth it
