Alright, I'm posting some post bulk pics from last year at this time and from today. Wanna see if I've gotten any bigger. Plus this will make me wanna get cut now.
So bring on the feedback and tell me what you think. Critisism is welcome.

Dan, Looking good there Brotha. Can definetly see the size gains from a year ago. But those pics steal dont do you justice. Seeing you in person you look much more massive.
Keep up the hard dedicated work. Looking damn good.
Now that you've shown pictures. What about stats or anything like that. Did you keep track of that sort of thing as well? I'm interested in that.

in the pics from last year, i weighed from 188 to 193 or so. Right now I weigh 212 lbs. My arms back then were about 16 in. maybe slightly less, in the pics I took today and posted they are little less than 17 in. Around my chest with lats and chest flexed was 45 in. Now its 47 in. I've added some good size to my upper legs as well. I feel like I've thickend things up a bit. I really didn't work my biceps really hard while bulking because they always overshadowed everything else. I tried to thicken my back and chest. My traps I still feel are lagging.
When I cut last year I got down to 180 lbs. So now everyone is tellin me I really look like I've gotten a lot bigger. I have some pics of that as well.
I'm hopin to end up really lean around 190.
I just want an honest opinion of where I stand.
Good work, pal ! I see chest,traps and lats improvement easily. Gained about 10lbs of muscle, eh?! But of course lats can never be big enough (just like mine, "sniff").
Are you cutting now or going to bulk up for another while ? Uh, and what is your height?

thanks man....Im 6'2. I just started my cutting diet. I'm gonna do it slow so not to lose muscle mass. I actually gaind more than 10 lbs. since then. I hit 180 in mid summer this past year. Heres a pic of the result of my last cutting phase when I was 180. I'm hoping to be this lean at 190 this year.
6ī2 ? That is 204 cm ? Boy, your a tall guy all right. Canīt wait to see your being cut pic! Isnīt up yet. Cutting down slowly surely is the best way to not lose muscle.

I think you put on some good size. I see improvement all over. You look "healthier" in the new pictures. However, i can see that your BF increased. You seem like most men in that your waist got bigger with the increase in BF, but otherwise your upper body looks more swole. Why cut now? Standing 6'2" at 212lbs. I'd say 212-220 is the weight I would shoot for after my cutting cycle. Why not keep bulking up to around 230, then cut? My 2cents.
i actually got up to 218. When I came off 4-AD I think I lost some water weight.. I wanna start cutting now so I'll be lean by summer time. Plus I just started a new job where I'll have to dress up and my khakis couldn't stand anymore "bulk". I'm still in 33's though. I cant afford new pants. I plan on running at least one cycle of 1-Test and 4-AD during my cutting phase at some point to maybe pack on a few more pounds of lean muscle while I'm cutting. At the very least it should preserve muscle mass.
You look ace dude. I don't think you should cut anymore than 5-7lbs of fat in the cutting cycle. in 190 you should be ripped to shreds!

Honest Assessment: Your arms are still way ahead of your back. Definitely need to add some thickness and width on the back area, thats the biggest weakness that I see. Whats your back routine?
That said, you're looking really solid, and have really good size. Good luck with the cut!

thanks for the comments guys.....i've been doing Seated Rows 8-10 x 3, Lat pulldowns or Pull ups 8-10 x 3, and just recently started doing deadlifts.
I didn't think that my knees and lower back could handle'em so I was always afraid of em. But I kind of like them now. They'll probably help my back out a great deal.
