    My pic - need feedback please!

    Hey everyone, I'm new to this forum and I've been starting up a routine and here's what I've been working with so far. I'll post more photos if needed.

    I'm on the lean side and I'm hoping to bulk up a bit.

    Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

    Hey, thanks to everyone for giving me their honest replies. I do realize that I have alot of work ahead of me but I have my goals set out and I'm determined to stick to them.

    I'm planning to working out regularly with heavy sets, eating properly and definitely getting the rest I need.

    I've been following this routine for the past 2 months and I'm sure this will shock you guys but I've actually packed on more than 2" in my waist and 3-4" in my chest recently.

    I'm an individual of VERY high metabolism and I eat constantly when I am at work, and I eat my regular meals. But I will take the advice you guys have given and I'll definitely keep them in mind.

    I'm 5'9" 140lbs.

    My main objective for now isn't really to get huge, but to bulk up for my basketball and rowing teams.

    Good work on the progress already iceman225. As everyone else has already commented, it looks like you are thin enough right now that you can bulk for quite a while. Keep eating with quality calories and with the training you should do very well.

    if your metabolism is that fast, protein powders and milk are your new best friends

    I'd recommend you gradually add calories week by week and adjust as needed so you can grow without losing your leanness.
