    I've been doing cardio everyday...

    but I look at the journal every now and again and I've noticed some people only do it 3 or 4 times a week. Is this lazy or am I overdoing it? I'm on a cut right now and in about 2 more weeks I'll be working on a clean bulk-up.

    You don't need to do cardio everyday. Take at least 1 day a week completely off.

    Few times a week is enough.

    Too much cardio makes my muscles feel squishy.

    It also gives me these wild urges to wear spandex bike shorts and neon pink spaghetti-strap tank tops.
