The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

The Case Of The One Sore Leg

Every time I do squats, my right leg always seems to get more sore than my left. (I'm a righty, if that helps) My right leg quad muscles are also a bit more developed than my left, which is lagging. Is one of my legs longer or shorter than the other? Should I try training only my left leg until they catch up?

I remember back in the day when Arnold busted his knee and got some atrophy in one leg... anyone know how he trained it back up to snuff? Stupid questions, I know.

That is your answer, give it some time and it will correct it's self.

    Eating more pork.
Arnold broke his leg at a Mr Olympia in South Africa, I think. Don't know the routine. From I read somewhere at first he babied until the doc said why?? Then just started doing his thing.
I don't think you are right legged. Just give it time it will correct. Are you pushing more with one leg? I've done that before squating. Concerntrate. If you were really concerned, do a set of leg presses with your left leg after your squats. But time should even things out on there own. Maybe have somebody watch your form.
