So I've been hitting the deadlift pretty hard lately. The only thing that's preventing me from gains I'm entitled to is locking it out.
Are there any exercises I could use as an auxilliary movement, just to help the lockout? grip's okay, legs are strong enough, it's just the last second or so of the movement that's killer.
"Let's hope the ship has a captain, in other words, since we're not taking part in what's going on."
"It's like putting pearls on swine. You can dress up a pig... but it's still a pig... isn't it? oink oink oink..oink oink"
Push the envelope... watch it bend..
"In the valley of the shadow of death... I fear no one, because i am the baddest mother****er in the valley!"
