    Italian Style training

    Has anyone had any luck with Italian style training?Where do heavy sets of 4x4 bench and then squat 4x4? followed by 6 stes of barbell culs?

    I thought Italian style training was going to Gold's Gym and just doing bench presses and bicep curls, all the while shooting tough glances at everyone else. Most Italian guys don't squat 'cause the barbell on their shoulders will break their gold chains.

    Italians train back by lifting cars out of parking spots like Franco Columbu in "Pumping Iron". Now that guy had some lats.

    I personally wouldn't follow that routine... No back work, no delt work, no direct tricep work (which I need )
