Post your best routine with best results. (ex./ weight gained or lost, strength increase, etc.).
So far mine was a power lifting routine I did about a yr. ago. Each major muscle group 1 x a week, with 2 work sets on (Bench, Squat, Deads) & 4 x 10 on assist work (curls, tris, etc.)
Best lift was - 190 x 2 reps Military Press
Gained - 8 lbs. over 12 weeks
I'd be curious to see what results come from what routines.
