Hello, i was after some opinions if i could, please on this following shoulder routine?
If i were to train them by themselves ( i previously tried chest and shoulders), how would this sound?
miliatary press alternated with standing lateral dumbell raises, 4 sets of each, then bent over ( perhaps on 45 deg bench) lats, 4 sets. Would this be a good growth workout for shoulders?
add some front raises with a plate 3 sets of 5.add a few set of shrugs also,keep it mixed...

they are a great workout. These also involve the traps as well.
Depending on when you train your traps, (back day or shoulder day) Just don't forget about them. Do some Upright rows and/or some shrugs.
