I've been having shoulder pains today... whenever I lift up my left arm past a certain point or try to bring it up completely, i get a sharp pain.
I searched for rotator cuff injuries on this site, and got some valuable info... but to be honest, i'm on my yearly two week break from lifting (its a habit) and I honestly have no clue what caused this....hell i don't even know what it is.
Most of the tips given were to avoid exercises that aggravated the pain and do rotator cuff work, but this happened while i was on my 'break'.
so what should i do?
and how long will this affect me?

Go to your doctor and get some muscle relaxors if it doesn't go away soon
